Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Fort Rucker, Alabama
This opportunity is contingent upon contract award.
Summary:
Inspects facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance within the scope of work. Monitors activities of facility maintenance to maximize service delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares weekly maintenance schedules and allocates work to the appropriate sections
- Inspects and maintains range complex and training areas as directed within the contract
- Plans, schedules, and may assist with facility maintenance and repair
- Oversees facility maintenance budget, monitors, and tracks expenditures as needed
- Maintains records, prepares a variety of operational and business reports to maximize workforce performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum five (5) years of facilities maintenance experience
- Familiar with ground maintenance trades and heavy equipment
- Experience working erosion and grounds construction
- Ability to perform skilled facilities maintenance and repair work in a diverse range of trade areas
- Ability to pass background investigation
- High School diploma or GED
- Current Driver License, CDL preferred
- Ability to operate dump truck and other heavy equipment
- US Citizen is required
