OT Park is a growing pediatric therapy clinic in Morgan Hill, California. We are looking for a compassionate, energetic, and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist who loves working with children and families.
Our clinic provides a collaborative, play-based environment where therapists have access to a large sensory gym, therapy materials, technology, and support from an interdisciplinary pediatric team.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with speech, language, communication, and related developmental needs
- Develop individualized, functional treatment plans and goals
- Provide engaging, child-centered and evidence-based therapy
- Complete evaluations, progress reports, treatment notes, and other required documentation
- Educate and collaborate with parents/caregivers
- Collaborate with occupational therapists and other members of the clinical team
- Maintain timely, accurate, and professional documentation
- Participate in team meetings, training, and clinical collaboration
- Maintain professional and ethical standards
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible California SLP license
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Experience with autism, developmental delays, language disorders, articulation, social communication, and/or AAC is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- New graduates/Clinical Fellows may be considered based on experience and fit

Pay: $58.00 - $72.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
