OT Park is looking for a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing pediatric therapy team in Morgan Hill.
We are looking for a therapist who believes pediatric therapy should be engaging, functional, playful, and meaningfulfor both children and their families.
At OT Park, you’ll work in a fun pediatric environment alongside occupational therapists and a supportive administrative team—so you can focus on what you do best: helping children communicate and thrive.
What You'll Do
- Provide individualized pediatric speech and language therapy
- Complete speech/language evaluations and develop functional goals
- Treat children with a variety of communication and developmental needs
- Work with articulation, receptive/expressive language, social communication, and other pediatric speech-language needs
- Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers
- Complete treatment notes, evaluations, progress reports, and other documentation on time
- Collaborate with OT and other members of the child's care team
- Participate in clinical meetings and professional development
We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- California SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- CCC-SLP preferred
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Experience with autism, developmental delays, AAC, articulation, language, or social communication is a plus
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Dependable, positive, organized, and team-oriented
- Clinical Fellows/new graduates may be considered
