For the right pediatric therapist, communication therapy is much more than sitting at a table and practicing words.
It happens through play, movement, relationships, interaction, and meaningful everyday experiences.
OT Park is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist who genuinely loves working with children and wants to help them become more confident communicators.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building meaningful relationships with children and families
- Providing individualized pediatric speech and language therapy
- Conducting evaluations and developing functional treatment goals
- Supporting articulation, language development, social communication, AAC, and other communication needs as appropriate
- Helping caregivers understand and support their child's communication development
- Completing accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborating with occupational therapists and other team members
- Creating therapy sessions that are engaging, purposeful, and individualized to each child
Who We'd Love to Meet
You may be a great fit if you are:
- A graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Licensed or eligible for SLP licensure in California
- Passionate about pediatric therapy
- Playful and creative while maintaining strong clinical standards
- Comfortable communicating with parents and caregivers
- Organized and dependable
- Collaborative and open to learning
- Interested in working with children with diverse developmental and communication needs
CCC-SLP and pediatric experience are preferred. Clinical Fellows may be considered.

Pay: $36.91 - $44.45 per hour
