What is a Inside Sales & Logistics Associate?
The Inside Sales & Logistics Representative role will support Sales Order Management, Logistics Management and other key operational activities.  The job function will be integral in supporting Oso’s operations. Reporting to the Manager of Inside Sales & Logistics. 

In this role, you will:

Inside Sales Processing:

• Assist with customers product planning needs
• Create customer quotes for product needs in SAP
• Create sales orders in SAP and process to completion
• Invoice customers in SAP based on product deliveries 

Sales Logistics Processing:

• Coordinate with freight haulers staying within targeted freight rates
  Schedule trucks with freight hauling company to deliver customer orders on time 
• Coordinate shipping schedules with internal manufacturing and distribution warehouses 
• Create all necessary reporting associated with the Sales Logistics Processing 

Warehouse Responsibilities:

• Create Purchase Orders for products as needed
• Receive and process Purchase Orders as needed
• Perform inventory counts as needed 

Other key activities:

• Assemble and ship ancillary products located in our Southlake warehouse
• Production of monthly KPI reports utilizing SAP
• Support Odessa, TX warehouse inventory management
• Perform other duties as assigned 

Required and Preferred Abilities:

• Interpersonal skills and effectively communicate with all levels both verbally and in writing
• Highly motivated and able to work with minimum of supervision in a multi-task, dynamic team environment
• Proficient in MS Office products specifically MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• ERP experience preferably in SAP (2-3 years)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive for company business
• Potential to travel (must possess a valid driver’s license and meet the company driver requirement to operate a company vehicle while traveling)

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Team environment
• May work in the business office and warehouse 

Education and Experience:

• College degree preferred, degree in Business would be ideal
• 3-5 years of relevant experience could be considered in lieu of a degree
