What is a Product Line Champion?
The Product Line Champion works with internal and external customers providing support and training. Partners with the engineering and sales staff to ensure quality standards are met and customer satisfaction is impeccable.
In this role, you will:
- Handle all customer quality claims and process related inquiries
- Create standard operating procedures for handling Oso’s products and uploading into Oso’s App
- Track key data related to Oso’s products, including run data and quality related reporting
- Inspect Oso products in the field to ensure quality standards are being met
- Provide onsite customer engagement emphasizing product service characteristics (Product Line Champion)
- Interface with Oso engineering and sales staff to collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance Oso’s product offering
- Provide ongoing field support and training of Oso’s Products to Oso’s customer base
- Drive a company vehicle and operate it in a safe manner
- Support Oso’s business development team in presentations of Oso’s products
- Travel nationally and internationally (must possess a valid driver’s license and meet the company driver requirement to operate a company vehicle while traveling)
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required and Preferred Experience:
- 7-10 years wireline service experience
- Ability to Self-Manage
- Anticipate the needs of external and internal customers
- Provide proficient communication both verbally and via email and through composition of documents
- Exhibit strong computer skills
- Generate reports through Microsoft
- Basic knowledge of shop tools
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. (SEF Energy employees shall not manually lift an item weighing more than 50 lbs., they shall utilize mechanical assistance devices. If mechanical assistance devices are not available, utilize a team lift.)
- Support oil and gas worksite locations
- Product equipment handling
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (general degree) preferred but can be substituted with equivalent experience
