What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Maintenance position at OSG?
OSG is looking for a Facilities Maintenance associate to work onsite at our Carol Stream, IL location.
Our Facilities Maintenance, associate would be required to have:
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience
- Basic knowledge of plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Basic electrical knowledge
- HVAC Knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, bend, and perform repetitive motions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Follow safety procedures and report hazards or unsafe conditions
- Ensure all cleaning tools and equipment are properly maintained
- Assist with basic maintenance (changing light bulbs, minor wall repairs, etc.)
- Work with other facilities staff, contractors, and vendors.
- Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
The position is Monday through Friday and would be required to work 4 hours on Saturdays. The ability to work overtime when required is a must.
Pay range: $18.00 – $21.00
