Expected pay for this position is $20.21 - $23.77/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.

M-F 8am-430pm

POSITION SUMMARY: The Specialty Scheduler Electrophysiology performs standard scheduling and registration duties and handles a variety of complex tasks. This role is crucial in coordinating patients’ appointments within the Cardiology Electrophysiology/Device Clinic. Coordinates complex treatment regimens to ensure correct timing and duration of appointments including pre-op visits, post-op visits, wound checks, device checks, remote device checks, office visits, heart monitors, scans, labs, imaging and electrocardiograms (EKGs). Collaborates through interactions with physicians, nurses, and patients across multiple facilities to ensure well-coordinated, timely care for patients.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma/ GED Experience: 2 years' experience in a call center, healthcare, and/or public health setting OR associate degree and one year of customer service relations experience. Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. Knowledge of medical terminology. Understands how to work with confidential and private information.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Experience with EPIC and Microsoft Teams.
