Base salary range: $80,000-$100,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include work experience and skill level).

Requirements
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, Demand Gen, PMAX, YouTube) and Bing.
- Build and execute Google/Bing campaigns including keyword research, campaign structuring, audience targeting, A/B testing, reporting, and ongoing optimization
- Lead testing methodologies for search and shopping campaigns, including bidding strategies, audience segmentation, ad copy, and landing page experiments
- Drive results to achieve key performance KPIs, including return on ad spend (ROAS), while continuously optimizing campaigns
- Oversee Google ads budget allocation and forecasting to ensure efficient use of resources and alignment with overall business goals
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Ecomm, Influencer, and Paid Social to drive best practices, identify testing opportunities and develop roadmaps
- Partner with strategic cross-functional teams to support GTM plans for upcoming product launches
- Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in search marketing to ensure our strategies remain competitive and effective
- 3 years of search marketing experience with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and driving measurable results
- Proficiency in Google and Bing ads platform
- Proven expertise with Google/Bing Merchant Center
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral, written, non-verbal, intuitive, psychic et al)
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw actionable insights
- Creative problem-solver with a proactive and results-driven mindset
- Organized with exceptional time management skills
