Key Responsibilities:

Maintain timely processing of documents in Fax Processing Software que

Routing fax to appropriate staff
-
Download documents to EHR and uploading medical record requests/forms to corporations for third party medical records outsourcing vendor
- Complete medical record requests via email
- Sort and distribute mail and process telephone calls

Assist department with various administrative tasks as needed
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

Medical office experience preferred

EHR and NexGen experience preferred

Schedule flexibility - available some evenings and Saturdays

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
