POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Manager of Provider Recruitment is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to acquire and retain providers for the Orthopedic Centers of Colorado. This includes managing the recruitment process, building relationships with potential providers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Essential Functions
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
5 years of work experience in recruiting, healthcare recruitment preferred
Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data and analytics to answer complex business questions and create a compelling narrative
Proven experience in senior talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent management
Familiarity with relevant tools and programs (like LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems)
Self-starter aptitude and ability to work independently: you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and managing competing priorities
Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal
Working Conditions
Typical clinical office and exam/procedure room environment
Possible exposure to communicable diseases and other conditions common to clinical settings
Frequent standing, typing, moussing, and reading paper and electronic documents
Ability to file and track documents and data, both in written and electronic form
Able to frequently stoop, lift carry and push/pull 15 pounds and occasionally up to 30 pounds

- Develop and implement comprehensive short- and long-term strategies for provider acquisition to meet current and future platform needs, aligning closely with company objectives
- Collaborating effectively with credentialing, provider operations, analytics, and other cross-functional teams
- Take ownership of key performance indicators related to provider acquisition and retention, conducting in-depth analysis of recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement and using insights to achieve team objectives
- Continuously enhance provider acquisition processes to drive operational efficiency and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Maintain open and consistent communication with the team and key internal stakeholders to foster alignment and transparency throughout all stages of provider recruitment initiatives
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews and site visits for candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with external sourcing agencies and regional physicians
- Oversee the provider recruitment interview and onboarding experience
- Monitor industry trends and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly
- Provide financial analysis and reporting for service lines to support informed decision-making
- Serve as an internal consultant and resource to departments on provider workforce planning
