Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and professional Collections Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting consumers regarding past-due accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls and talking to customers by phone.
Review account information and payment histories.
Negotiate payment plans and settlement agreements.
Process payments and update account records accurately.
Document all collection activities in company systems.
Resolve customer inquiries and disputes professionally.
Meet or exceed individual and team collection goals.
We are looking for someone with collections experience, but is not required,
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
