If you maintained vehicles, generators, ground support equipment, or small engines in the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, or Coast Guard, this role was built for you.

We’re looking for disciplined, hands-on technicians who take pride in fixing equipment the right way the first time. If you’re experienced with small engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, or diesel/gasoline equipment, this is a mission you can own.

You’ll be trusted to keep customer equipment mission-ready by:

• Diagnosing and repairing hydraulic, electrical, gasoline, and diesel systems
• Executing high-quality repairs that meet standard repair times (SRT)
• Clearly documenting failures, root causes, and corrective actions
• Reading and interpreting hydraulic & electrical schematics
• Assembling new, demo, rental, and pre-owned equipment

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• Background in small engine, turf, vehicle, generator, or equipment maintenance
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting mindset
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
• Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, feeler gauges, dial indicators)

Experience That Translates Well

• Military mechanics, motor transport, construction equipment, aviation support, or shipboard maintenance
• 5 years mechanical or related hands-on experience
• Certifications or OEM training a plus—but not required

Work Environment & Safety

• Indoor, climate-controlled, well-equipped service facility
• Physical role: lifting, kneeling, stooping, reaching
• Strong safety culture: PPE, hazard assessments, accountability
