We are seeking a Health, Safety & Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to oversee quality, safety, and compliance processes within a medical equipment repair and service environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, maintaining ISO 9001:2015 standards, and driving continuous improvement across operations.
As the owner of the Quality Management System (QMS), you will ensure policies, procedures, and processes are followed consistently and effectively while supporting audits, corrective actions, and safety initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Own and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015
- Plan, conduct, document, and report internal audits; support external audits
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Review and maintain QMS documentation for accuracy and effectiveness
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service and operations
- Track and verify corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Support workplace safety programs and compliance initiatives
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
- Provide reporting on quality metrics, audit findings, and compliance status
- Partner with leadership to align quality objectives with business goals
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
- Experience managing or auditing a Quality Management System
- Strong documentation, audit, and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate cross-functionally
- Detail-oriented, compliance-focused mindset
Preferred
- Experience in medical equipment, healthcare services, or regulated manufacturing
- Health & Safety program experience
- Prior QA Manager or Quality Engineer background
- Exposure to additional regulatory or quality standards
