Sales Manager:
Background: Elevator Industry; Team is implementing Salesforce as an ERP, so there is a lot of change in the office and throughout the company - experience leading change management would be helpful; knowledge of the market would be helpful
Comp: $130K - $160K target incentive 35% based on team and company performance
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years previous sales experience and minimum of 2 years Sales Manager experience
- Sales management experience to include: personnel management, experience forecasting, driving results
- Bachelor's degree required
- Valid Driver's license and able to drive throughout the Bay Area
- Motivated to succeed and able to lead/ inspire sales reps
- Detail-oriented; Contract experience; able to drive accountability
- Takes ownership of sales process from a managerial perspective
- Strategic mindset focused on exceeding goals (margins, cancellations, profitability)
- Customer focus with an ability to understand the fast-paced demands of the operations side of the business
- Customer relationship focused, able to build rapport
