This leader will oversee all aspects of sales and operations, ensuring profitability, customer growth and satisfaction, and alignment with the company's vision. Will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the freight brokerage division, focusing on market expansion, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. Will develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives. Will build and manage a high-performing sales team. Will increase the acquisition of new clients while nurturing relationships with existing clients to increase revenue and retention. Will manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources and achieving cost-effective sales operations. Will oversee the daily operations of the freight brokerage, ensuring seamless execution and high service standards by optimizing carrier procurement and capacity management to maintain cost competitiveness and reliability. - Progressive experience scaling a Freight Brokerage division (6 years)
