Branch Manager

Orion Solutions Group is working with a rapidly expanding logistics provider, in search of a Branch Manager to launch and lead a brand new El Paso operation. This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up while plugging into an established national network. Your leadership will directly shape how freight moves across one of North America’s most critical cross-border corridors, making a tangible impact on customers, carriers, and the industry at large.

Responsibilities

• Launch, grow, and lead a new El Paso branch with full revenue and margin accountability
• Drive new business development across truckload, cross-border/Mexico, and temp-controlled freight
• Leverage existing relationships to accelerate early wins
• Manage the full sales cycle while building scalable operational processes
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team as the branch expands
• Oversee carrier strategy, pricing, cost control, and financial reporting
• Collaborate with sister branches to share capacity and customer solutions
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience launching or scaling a branch or business unit
• Strong knowledge of cross-border/Mexico freight
• Background in both brokerage and asset-based operations
• P&L management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field
