This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager located in New York, NY. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies across the customer lifecycle to drive engagement, retention, and loyalty. Responsibilities include creating personalized campaigns, analyzing customer data, developing segmentation strategies, managing email and SMS marketing initiatives, and optimizing customer touchpoints to enhance the customer experience.
- Proven expertise in Lifecycle Marketing, Customer Retention Strategies, and Segmentation
- Experience with Email Marketing, SMS Campaigns, and Marketing Automation Tools
- Strong Analytical and Data Interpretation skills and familiarity with A/B Testing
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, including Paid Media and Social Media Marketing
- Excellent Communication, Project Management, and Collaboration skills
- Experience in DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) or eCommerce is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
