Location:
Hybrid opportunity based in New York City with time split between the firm's Manhattan and Brooklyn offices. Enjoy a flexible schedule with three in-office days each week.
Note:
Candidates must have at least 2 years of Trusts & Estates paralegal experience. Estate planning experience is required.

Job Description
- Prepare and organize estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
- Assist attorneys with trust and estate administration matters.
- Maintain and organize client files and legal documents.
- Communicate with clients regarding documentation and case updates.
- Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals.
- Assist with probate and estate administration as needed.
- Support attorneys with drafting, filings, and overall case management.
Qualifications
- 2 years of Trusts & Estates paralegal experience.
- Experience preparing estate planning documents.
- Strong organizational and document management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
- Probate or estate administration experience is a plus.
