Job Description
- Prepare, proofread, and organize legal documents and correspondence.
- Support attorneys and paralegals with case preparation and daily legal operations.
- Maintain electronic and physical case files with exceptional accuracy.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and important case deadlines.
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and outside parties.
- Assist with document management, filing, and administrative support.
- Learn new legal skills through hands-on training with opportunities to grow into a Paralegal role.
Qualifications
- 1 year of legal support experience required.
- Strong typing and computer proficiency.
- Intelligent, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Interest in family law is highly preferred.
