Location: Andover, Massachusetts. This is a hybrid position combining in-office work in Andover with remote work flexibility.
Note: Candidates must have 5 years of paralegal experience. Strong litigation experience and prior experience supporting labor and employment attorneys or working within a larger law firm environment are highly preferred.

Job Description
- Support attorneys handling labor, employment, litigation, and related legal matters
- Assist with preparation, organization, and filing of legal documents
- Coordinate litigation deadlines, calendars, hearings, meetings, and case materials
- Proofread and format correspondence, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents
- Maintain organized electronic and physical matter files
- Assist with document production, discovery, and litigation preparation
- Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, courts, agencies, and outside parties
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment
- Provide high-level administrative and paralegal support to attorneys and the broader legal team
Qualifications
- 5 years of paralegal or directly related legal support experience
- Litigation experience required
- Labor and employment law experience strongly preferred
- Large law firm experience preferred
- Strong document preparation, proofreading, organizational, and scheduling skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with document management systems
- Legal billing software experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong professionalism, confidentiality, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
