Location:
On-site, Monday–Friday in Salt Lake City, UT — work directly alongside experienced attorneys and professionals in a collaborative office setting.
Note: Must have experience with corporate and/or estate planning matters and be able to work on-site five days per week.

Job Description
- Provide direct support to attorneys in corporate and estate planning matters
- Draft and form legal entities such as LLCs, LPs, and corporations
- Assist with drafting both basic and complex trusts
- Prepare correspondence, deeds, and other legal documents
- Manage and organize client asset information
- Communicate effectively with clients and professional advisors
- Maintain organization across multiple ongoing projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate and estate planning
- 4–6 years of total paralegal experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe; Clio experience a plus
