Job Description
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and transactional documents
- Support mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and deal execution
- Advise private business clients on corporate governance and day-to-day legal matters
- Assist with intellectual property and employment-related legal issues
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced transactional practice
- Communicate directly with clients and provide practical, business-focused legal advice
Qualifications
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar (in good standing)
- 1 years of corporate or transactional legal experience
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- Ability to manage multiple matters and communicate effectively with clients
