Location: This is a full-time, 100% on-site position based in Milford, Connecticut, offering the opportunity to work side-by-side with experienced litigators in a highly collaborative office environment.
Note: Applicants must be admitted to the Connecticut Bar and have experience practicing in Connecticut State Court and/or Federal Court. This is an in-office litigation role best suited for attorneys who are passionate about advocacy and courtroom practice.

Job Description
- Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Appear in Connecticut State and Federal Courts.
- Handle courtroom proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and hearings.
- Take and defend depositions of parties and witnesses.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and legal memoranda.
- Research legal and factual issues to develop effective litigation strategies.
- Analyze business disputes, contracts, records, and potential claims.
- Collaborate closely with experienced attorneys while managing substantive case responsibilities.
- Provide exceptional client service throughout all phases of litigation.
Qualifications
- Connecticut Bar admission required.
- 2 years of litigation experience as an attorney preferred; experienced attorneys at higher levels are encouraged to apply.
- Experience practicing in Connecticut State Court and/or Federal Court required.
- Passion for litigation and courtroom advocacy.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Commercial litigation experience preferred.
- Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
