Location: Hybrid role based in Edwardsville, Illinois, offering a strong mix of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.
Note: Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in Illinois and have 1 years of litigation experience. Deposition experience is strongly preferred.

Job Description
- Handle toxic tort and products liability litigation matters from case inception through resolution
- Research, analyze, and interpret statutes, regulations, ordinances, court decisions, and legal opinions
- Independently manage a litigation caseload and drive cases forward
- Monitor case files and deadlines to ensure matters stay on track
- Investigate facts and legal issues to help determine causes of action and support case strategy
- Assist with document review and case analysis
- Conduct depositions and attend hearings in various counties and courthouses
Qualifications
- Active Illinois Bar license in good standing
- 1 years of litigation experience
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Deposition experience preferred
- Toxic tort experience preferred
- Missouri license is a plus
- Ability to manage cases with increasing independence and responsibility
