Location
Hybrid role based in Hammond, Indiana, with a mix of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.
Note
Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in Indiana and have 5 years of relevant litigation experience, including deposition experience.

Job Description
- Independently manage a litigation caseload from start to finish
- Attend hearings in various counties and courthouses
- Drive deadlines, case strategy, and next steps across active matters
- Research and analyze statutes, rules, regulations, and case law to support litigation strategy
- Assist with document review and case development as needed
- Work across practice areas including insurance coverage, construction, bodily injury, professional malpractice, and mass torts
Qualifications
- Active Indiana Bar license in good standing (Illinois license preferred)
- 5 years of relevant defense litigation experience
- Deposition experience required
- Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
- Strong legal writing skills and ability to provide writing samples
- Strong organization, communication, and analytical skills
