Job Description
- Manage cases from intake through trial with full ownership.
- Conduct client consultations, draft pleadings, and negotiate settlements.
- Collaborate with medical experts, co-counsel, and support staff to maximize outcomes.
- Maintain detailed case files and ensure compliance with all legal procedures.
- Advocate in court as needed, including motions and trial appearances.
Qualifications
- 1 years personal injury legal experience; 2 years preferred.
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple cases independently and efficiently.
- Licensed to practice in Ohio or eligible to transfer license.
