The Role

What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone and email
- Present and sell service offerings to both existing and prospective customers
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Process and manage customer orders accurately
- Build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and service
- Resolve customer issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction
- Develop strong knowledge of services and offerings
