The role is centered on global entity accounting, financial reporting, and cross-functional coordination, with additional exposure to forecasting, planning, and broader finance support. What You'll Do
- Oversee accounting and reporting for a group of global entities across multiple jurisdictions
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including review of journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting packages
- Support accounting and reporting requirements across international operations, including US GAAP and IFRS considerations
- Partner with in-country teams and external service providers to review financial information, resolve issues, and ensure timely reporting
- Coordinate across internal teams on audit support, statutory reporting, tax-related matters, cash activity, intercompany transactions, and other corporate accounting workflows
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and other finance support activities tied to international operations
- Support senior leadership through analysis, ad hoc projects, and ongoing financial insight related to global business performance
- Identify and implement process improvements that make accounting and finance operations more efficient, scalable, and well controlled
- Serve as a key day-to-day point of contact across a variety of stakeholders, helping keep deliverables organized and moving forward
What You Bring
- Relevant experience in public accounting and/or corporate accounting, ideally in a multi-entity or global environment
- Big 4 / Top 8 background and CPA strongly preferred
- Strong experience in close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and complex accounting under US GAAP; IFRS exposure is a plus
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Excel and systems skills, with exposure to ERP/reporting tools and a detail-oriented, ownership-minded approach
