We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with desire for a broad payroll position. US Payroll experience is required, but the company is willing to train on international payroll & compensation accounting (payroll journal entries, etc.) once the hired individual is ramped up on the US payroll processes.

- Nice variety of responsibilities – processing US Payroll using ADP & Workday, compensation accounting, managing benefit & transit deductions, year-end projects supporting both US & International Payrolls (W2s, etc.), retirement account reporting, payroll audits, resolving payroll discrepancies, payroll tax & withholding reporting.
- International Payroll includes collaborating with international payroll vendors on all changes & adjustments, trial reporting, foreign exchange salary conversions.

Qualifications:
- 4 years of relevant payroll experience
- Bachelor’s Degree – Required
- Aptitude for learning new payroll systems / desire to work on process improvement projects. The company uses ADP Workforce Now a few other platforms to supplement the international payroll functions. Workday ERP for Accounting and HR.
- Excellent communication & professional polish. Desire & ability to interact with all levels of the organization is essential.
***We have flexibility on title to Payroll Senior Specialist, for any candidates with 4-5 years of experience.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
