Field Sales Representative

ORF Concepts is hiring a Field Sales Representative to represent Verizon FiOS throughout the Virginia Beach area. As a Field Sales Representative, you'll meet directly with homeowners, evaluate their connectivity needs, and recommend internet and wireless solutions that fit their lifestyle. Responsibilities of the Field Sales Representative

• Meet directly with residential customers to evaluate their internet and wireless needs while recommending Verizon FiOS solutions.
• Conduct engaging product presentations that educate customers on available services, features, and current promotions.
• Build strong relationships with customers while developing consultative sales skills through personalized recommendations.
• Guide customers through the enrollment process while ensuring every application is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Support neighborhood outreach efforts and local advertising campaigns that increase community awareness of Verizon FiOS services.
• Collaborate with fellow Field Sales Representatives to achieve daily sales goals while supporting ongoing advertising and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Participate in hands-on training to strengthen your sales, communication, and presentation skills as a Field Sales Representative.
• Represent the Verizon FiOS brand professionally while helping connect more customers through effective advertising, outreach, and sales efforts.

Qualifications of the Field Sales Representative

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, field sales, or another customer-focused role is helpful but not required.
• Comfortable meeting with customers face-to-face and building professional relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a positive, outgoing attitude.
• Interested in building a career in sales, customer engagement, or field marketing.
• Motivated to learn how customer outreach, advertising, and consultative sales contribute to business growth.
• Coachable, dependable, and eager to continue developing professionally.
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
