Responsibilities of the Brand Ambassador
- Represent the Verizon FiOS brand by meeting directly with local Virginia Beach residents and introducing available internet services.
- Deliver engaging product presentations that educate homeowners on Verizon FiOS features, benefits, and current promotions.
- Build rapport with customers while developing professional sales skills through personalized recommendations.
- Guide homeowners through the enrollment process while ensuring every application is accurate and completed efficiently.
- Support community outreach efforts and neighborhood promotions that increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with fellow Brand Ambassadors to achieve daily sales goals and execute successful promotions.
- Participate in ongoing coaching to strengthen your sales, communication, and customer presentation skills as a Brand Ambassador.
- Represent the Verizon brand professionally while helping expand local promotions and drive overall sales growth.
Qualifications of the Brand Ambassador
