The Garden View Restaurant at the Oregon Garden Resort is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Part-Time Server to join our team! If you have a passion for hospitality, enjoy working in a beautiful setting, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, following proper presentation and service standards.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including specials and beverage offerings.
- Handle payments and operate the point-of-sale system.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning tables.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Minimum of 1 year of serving experience in a restaurant setting is required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy shifts.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must have or be willing to obtain an OLCC server permit and a Food Handler’s Card.
