Part-Time Front Desk Agent
Approximately 20–26 hours per week
Are you a people person who enjoys helping others and creating memorable experiences? The Oregon Garden Resort is looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our warm and welcoming team. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy multitasking, and are passionate about providing outstanding guest service, we’d love to hear from you.
As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you play an important role in creating a memorable stay from arrival to departure.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Handle check-ins and check-outs smoothly and efficiently
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
- Provide guests with information about the resort and the surrounding area
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Keep the front desk area clean and organized
- Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure exceptional service
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive, can-do attitude and passion for helping people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems quickly
- Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to stand for extended periods
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
