Position Summary
Oregon Door, a leading manufacturer of architectural flush wood doors, is seeking to fill a PT (30 hours per week) vacancy on our sales and customer service team. The selected individual will provide advanced administrative support to the sales and customer service team, coordinate sales and customer service office functions, provide direct client support, and coordinate the production of a wide range of sales and customer service communications and reports.
The position will be headquartered at our offices in Winston, Oregon.
Essential Functions
· Manage sales and customer service office services by organizing office operations and procedures.
· Book incoming purchase orders from distributors.
· Sort/flag orders for specialty items and to maximize production flow.
· Send confirmation of receipt of orders to distributors.
· Send acknowledgements to distributors.
· Track and gather orders for change orders.
· Process finish sample requests for production and distribution to distributors.
· Send and receive UPS packages.
· Maintain various administrative systems including databases.
· Design and maintain filing systems..
· Other duties as assigned to support sales and customer service.
Qualifications
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
· Previous successful experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or similar position preferred.
· Proven customer support experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications, contact management software (Salesforce preferred), and ERP order entry programs.
Compensation

EDUCATION:
