EDUCATION: Graduate of an approved LPN or RN program.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 to 3 years experience working as an LPN or RN. Experience working with the elderly is highly desirable.
LICENSE: Current state license as an LPN or RN. Eligible for CPR certification and ongoing re-certification.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Demonstrated excellence in understanding and utilizing nursing assessment skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity and experience using medical related equipment, including but not limited to blood pressure kit, personal protective equipment (gloves, mask, goggles, etc.), thermometer and transfer equipment.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities, complete assignments in a timely manner while managing multiple duties and responsibilities.
- Ability to manage nursing staff and schedule.
- Working knowledge of all office equipment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Physically able to move at least 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Physically able to bend and reach.
- Physically able to stand for long periods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
