Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative based in El Dorado, AR. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, educating clients about Final Expense Insurance plans, and matching clients with tailored solutions that meet their needs. Responsibilities also include conducting client needs assessments, managing sales portfolios, closing sales efficiently, and providing high-quality customer service. Proactive outreach to potential clients and maintaining documentation of interactions and sales activities are essential to this role.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer relationship management skills, including building client trust and handling objections
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities for effective client interaction
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate sales records
