We’re working with a high-growth fintech platform that is redefining how banks and credit unions manage and access liquidity. After scaling from 30 to 700 institutional clients in a short period, they’re now building out a team to drive activation and growth across their network.
This is not a customer success role. It’s a post-sale, account manager / revenue-owning position focused on onboarding institutions, driving usage, and expanding spend across your portfolio.
You’ll work directly with leadership, own a meaningful book of business, and play a critical role in scaling a platform operating at the core of the financial system.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end activation of banks and credit unions onto the platform
- Drive deposit flow and platform usage across your portfolio
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, aligning product usage with their growth goals
- Identify and execute on upsell and expansion opportunities
- Manage a large book of accounts, prioritising for maximum commercial impact
- Lead cross-functional coordination across product, sales, and marketing
- Surface client insights to influence product direction
What They’re Looking For
- 5 years in account management, client partnerships, or revenue-focused post-sale roles
- Proven track record of growing accounts and exceeding commercial targets
- Strong preference for backgrounds in; Financial services / fintech
- Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and prioritise across multiple clients
- High level of commercial instinct, urgency, and ownership
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
