About the Role
We are hiring Data Center Technicians (L1 & L2) to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
This role is open to both:
- Entry-level candidates looking to break into data centers (L1)
- Experienced technicians with hands-on hardware experience (L2)
You’ll be responsible for supporting server and network infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware issues, and ensuring reliable operations across the site.
Responsibilities
- Install, rack, and deploy server and network hardware
- Perform hardware troubleshooting and component replacements
- Support cabling (copper/fiber), labeling, and connectivity checks
- Assist with network troubleshooting and basic diagnostics
- Monitor systems and respond to operational tickets
- Escalate issues to senior technicians or engineering teams as needed
- Maintain accurate asset tracking and documentation
- Follow standard operating procedures in a 24/7 production environment
Qualifications
For L1 (Entry-Level)
- Associate’s degree, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong interest in data centers, IT, or hardware
- Basic understanding of computer hardware or networking
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
For L2 (Experienced)
- ~1 year experience in a data center or similar environment
- Experience troubleshooting server hardware (POST, BIOS, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, switches, cabling)
- Familiarity with Linux (basic commands/navigation)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with hardware, IT support, or infrastructure environments
- Experience in high-availability or production environments
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and attention to detail
- Exposure to large-scale or hyperscale data centers
Shift
- 12-hour shifts
- 4 days on / 4 days off
- Rotating day and night shifts
