We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to optimize our supply chain operations through data-driven insights and process improvements. In this role, you will analyze supply chain data, identify opportunities for efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance inventory management, procurement, and logistics. Your expertise will help streamline processes, reduce costs, and support our mission of inspiring healthier lifestyles worldwide. Duties
- Analyze supply chain data using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize purchasing strategies and inventory control through SAP ERP and Oracle EBS systems
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve supply chain disruptions and implement corrective actions using Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Lean methodologies
- Support demand planning and production scheduling by utilizing MRP systems to ensure timely product availability
- Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into supply chain performance metrics
- Lead process improvement initiatives focused on lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices
- Assist in the implementation of ERP systems upgrades or integrations to enhance overall supply chain management
Skills
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI for supply chain analytics
- Strong understanding of SAP, SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, MRP systems, and other ERP platforms
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies including Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement strategies
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis; familiarity with supply chain management software is a plus
- Knowledge of inventory management, procurement, demand planning, logistics, and manufacturing processes
- Ability to perform root cause analysis to identify issues within complex supply chains
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating across departments and presenting insights effectively
