- Enter and update data with precision using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and specialized software such as QuickBooks
- Manage filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible
- Support front desk operations by answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings efficiently
- Proofread documents for accuracy, clarity, and consistency before submission or filing
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email
- Support office management tasks including data entry, filing, and basic bookkeeping duties
Experience
- Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office environment
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems and demonstrate proper phone etiquette
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable for supporting diverse client needs
- Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not required
