Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization.
- Handle incoming correspondence, including emails, mail, and deliveries with accuracy and professionalism.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to support administrative operations.
- Utilize office management software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, and maintaining records to support office efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office procedures and improve overall workflow.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette.
- Knowledge of customer service principles to provide exceptional support to patients and clients.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
