- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and appointment calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Support office management tasks such as scheduling appointments, calendar management, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and supporting administrative projects as needed
Experience
- Proven office experience or clerical background demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a professional setting, including multi-line phone systems and front desk procedures
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and staff
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills
