What’s Required
- 5 years in banking sales/service roles and an entrepreneurial spirit with experience creating strategies for business growth. Additionally, you’re adept at ensuring banking operational excellence, which involves managing daily branch operations with a keen eye for detail and compliance and striving for continuous improvement.
- 5 years of management experience (6 employees). You’re an expert at building, coaching, mentoring, and developing a team that consistently meets and exceeds performance targets and provides exceptional service to our members.
- 3 years in business development and community engagement.
