💰 Pay Rate: $32/hour (W2)

📅 Contract: 3–6 Months (Potential Extension)

🕒 Shift: Tuesday – Saturday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician III to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation. This role serves as a subject matter expert in electrical systems, automation, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and facility utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Perform electrical installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance (24V–480V systems)

✅ Support automated equipment and PLC-controlled systems

✅ Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on utilities equipment, including:

• HVAC Systems
• AHUs
• Boilers
• Chillers
• Cooling Towers
• Air Compressors
• Water Systems

✅ Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and facility utilities

✅ Support automation projects, equipment upgrades, and facility modifications

✅ Update SOPs, technical documents, and change controls

✅ Assist maintenance teams in diagnosing complex equipment failures

✅ Promote and implement safe work practices and process controls

Required Qualifications:

✔ Electrical field degree with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical systems and facility utilities

✔ Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical systems (24V–480V)

✔ PLC experience or certification

✔ Experience with automated equipment troubleshooting

✔ Knowledge of SCADA systems, blueprints, and electrical schematics

✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

⭐ GMP experience within Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, Packaging, or Related Manufacturing Environments

⭐ Automation experience (1–3 years)

⭐ CMMS experience for maintenance scheduling and tracking

⭐ Six Sigma Green Belt

⭐ Operational Excellence experience

⭐ Compliance documentation experience

⭐ Project management experience

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree 5 years of relevant experience, OR

• Associate Degree 8 years of relevant experience, OR

• Equivalent combination of education and industry experience
