Maintenance Technician Job Description

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities
- Painting, caulking and drywall repairs
- Performs routine plumbing repairs such as unstopping toilets, sinks or urinals, fixing water leaks, leaking faucets, and water fountains
- Light maintenance duties such as plumbing and/or equipment repair or replacement
- Assembles and moves furniture time to time, hangs pictures and bulletin boards, moves and sets up tables and chairs
- The Maintenance Worker will appropriately clean and polish tile floors from time to time
- Clean windows interior/exterior from time to time
- Pressure Washing exterior entry areas
- The Maintenance Worker will remove all stains from vertical surfaces such as doors, door frames, around light switches, private entry glass and dividers
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned
- High School diploma or GED
- 1-year experience
- General building maintenance experience
- Must have reliable transportation from Location Site to Location Site
