Technical Lead – Digital Transformation
Optomi, in partnership with one of our most exciting clients in the consumer membership and roadside assistance space, is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to support a large-scale digital and AI transformation initiative focused on modernizing customer-facing applications and experiences across web and mobile platforms.
This organization is investing heavily in personalization, digital experience modernization, cloud transformation, and AI-enabled member services. They are building out internal engineering teams alongside major enterprise initiatives and are looking for strong technical leaders who can help drive modernization efforts while remaining deeply hands-on.
The ideal candidate will have a strong full stack background with expertise across Angular, cloud technologies, APIs, and modern digital experience platforms.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience leading full stack engineering initiatives
- Hands-on Technical Lead experience
- Strong Angular experience, ideally including Angular Ionic
- Node.js and API development experience
- AWS or GCP cloud experience
- Experience supporting customer-facing digital applications
- Experience participating in digital transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of modern UX and personalization platforms
Strongly Preferred
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Adobe Target
- Adobe Analytics
- Serverless/cloud-native architecture
- CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code tooling
- Salesforce or Guidewire integrations
- AI/LLM, chatbot, or agentic AI exposure
