Optomi is seeking an Operations & Monitoring Analyst to support 24/7 infrastructure and technology operations. This role focuses on incident analysis, system monitoring, operational reliability, alert validation, and continuous improvement across enterprise technology environments.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in operations support, technical monitoring, systems analysis, IT support, or related environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and monitoring/observability tools
- Understanding of incident management processes, service health monitoring, and operational reporting
- Exposure to metrics, dashboards, logs, or automation workflows preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Analyze incidents, alerts, and operational trends across technology environments
- Validate monitoring accuracy, ticket quality, and operational processes
- Identify gaps, recurring issues, and opportunities for reliability improvements
- Support monitoring enhancements and operational automation initiatives
- Maintain reporting dashboards, documentation, and service metrics
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to support system reliability and performance
