Program Manager (3x days onsite, New York City OR Phoenix, AZ)
Optomi, in partnership with a leading financial services company, is looking for a Program Manager to join their team in New York or Phoenix for a 12 month contracted position.
The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in the Technology Business Management group, focusing on Talent Operations & Continuous Learning & Career Development. This position requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement programs that ensure employees are prepared for the evolving demands of the industry, particularly in AI. The role involves stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to scale programs to meet organizational priorities.
