Optomi, in partnership with our client, are seeking an experienced and polished AV Enterprise Solutions Engineer to support and enhance enterprise audio-visual capabilities, with a strong focus on Microsoft Teams Rooms.
This is a highly visible, business-facing role that blends technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills, supporting enterprise collaboration technologies in a corporate environment.
This is onsite in Salisbury, NC 4 days a week, Fridays are remote.
9 month contract with extensions, W2 only no C2C/sponsorship available.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and support enterprise video conferencing systems, with a focus on Microsoft Teams Rooms
- Partner with business units to ensure seamless integration of AV solutions across the organization
- Provide technical expertise and guidance for Entra ID and Azure environments
- Manage device policies and applications using Intune
- Build and maintain strong relationships with support teams and business stakeholders through professional and effective communication
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience with video conferencing systems in enterprise/corporate environments
- Hands-on experience installing and configuring Microsoft Teams Rooms (beyond standard end-user setups)
- Strong understanding of enterprise AV solutions and IT infrastructure challenges
- Excellent communication skills with a polished, professional presence
